All orders are dispatched within 24 hours. 

We expect all orders to be with you within 2-4 working days. You will receive an email with a tracking code within 48 hours of making your order to help keep track of your delivery. 

 

 

Returns

 

If you have changed your mind or ordered extra items by mistake feel free to contact our customer support team via the contact portal who will help you cancel or return your order. 

As Brain Cake is a food supplement we can only accept returns of unopened and undamaged items. We will provide a returns address and postage instructions. The customer will be liable to pay the cost of the returns shipping. On receipt of the return please allow up to 7 working days to receive your refund to the account used to make payment.
